These services are also covered by Federal Confidentiality Regulations (42CFR, Part 2, effective 10, August 1987). No information regarding your use of our services can be released without your express written permission.

These confidentiality regulations permit disclosure without permission when issues are raised related to suicide, homicide, child abuse, or a medical emergency. Please be advised issues that involve feelings related to suicide, homicide or abuse will be passed on to the appropriate agency as required by law.
